Yoga Class

WHAT IS HATHA YOGA CLASS LIKE?

These Hatha Yoga sessions focus on steady, mindful movement to help you slow down, reconnect, and find balance in both body and mind. Classes blend gentle but effective poses with breath-work and moments of stillness, giving you time to tune in and move with awareness. Options are offered throughout, so whether you’re new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’re encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you.

You’re welcome to join our in-person group class every Tuesday from 6:15pm to 7:15pm in Waltham Abbey and every Saturday 8am in Loughton. This is a supportive space to explore the foundations of yoga, improve alignment and posture, and deepen your connection with your body- all within a calm, friendly community where everyone is welcome.

Yoga Accessories

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?

Private yoga sessions offer a more personalised approach, shaped around your body, your goals, and how you’re feeling on the day. To book, simply get in touch and we can chat about availability and pricing. All props and equipment are provided, but you’re very welcome to use your own if you prefer.

Sessions can take place in your own home or at a chosen venue (additional fees may apply for venue hire & travel). Each session is thoughtfully tailored, with plenty of options, so you feel supported, comfortable, and confident throughout your practice.
 

Private group sessions are also available and are ideal for friends, workplaces, special events, or wellbeing days. From gentle Chair Yoga to more playful offerings like Puppy Yoga, sessions can be adapted to suit your group and setting.
