A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Yoga has been part of my life for nearly a decade, offering me a place to return to through different seasons and challenges. It’s been a way for me to slow down, reconnect, and find a sense of calm and balance when life feels busy or overwhelming. I feel incredibly grateful to have spent the past 4 years sharing yoga within my local community.
I originally came to yoga looking for something to support my body, but over time it became just as important for my mental and emotional wellbeing. The sense of ease, strength, and clarity it brought into my life is what I now love supporting others to find. Whether you’re looking to move more freely, build strength, support your health, or simply take time to pause, there is space for you and your individual journey in my classes.
Inclusivity sits at the heart of how I teach. I aim to create a supportive, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and able to move in a way that suits them. This led me to specialise in Women’s Health, with training that supports women through all stages- from menstruation and pregnancy to menopause and beyond. My intention is for every student to feel seen, supported, and safe in their practice.
You’re warmly invited to join me; to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the benefits of yoga in a way that feels nurturing, steady, and empowering.
